Allow Remote Control

If you've been directed here, make sure you are in contact with your IT support.

Click on the Quick Support Icon.   Download and Run TeamViewerQS.exe   

This will give you an executable that will give you access to TeamViewer. Your support person will need Your ID and Password that pops up when TeamViewer is run.
